Lemon Thyme Aromatic Olive Oil

The story of L'Olivier begins in 1822 in Marais, Central Paris when Monsieur Popelin opened a stall to sell olive oil.A LOlivier's basil, wild garlic, citrus fruits, truffles or spices are naturally pickled & harvested from their partner farms and processed in their own factories, this makes their aromatic olive oil & flavoured vinegars to its excellent quality.They quickly gained a reputation for its outstanding quality by winning two medals at the 1867 and 1889 Universal Expositions, becoming a specialist in premium oils.

Culinary Preparation made from Extra Virgin Olive Oil 87.7% and Lemon Thyme

Ingredients: extra virgin olive oil 50%, lemon thyme infused olive oil (extra virgin olive oil 37.7%, lemon thyme 12.3%).
Store in a cool dark place.

This oil will enhance your marinades and grilled meat and fish dishes by offering a subtle lemon substitute. It’s the perfect way to flavour an asparagus risotto or give a tomato salad or some fresh goat’s cheese an extra kick. You can also use it over your desserts. It taste great with strawberry carpaccio, lemon pound cake or peach cobbler. To enjoy its full flavour, we recommend using it as a garnish after cooking.
