
This cheese is made by hand by the same cheese makers as the Cornish Yarg.
The same recipe is used for both cheeses, the only difference is that this nettle is wrapped in aromatic, hand-picked, wild garlic. Six weeks later, the wild garlic has created a slightly firmer texture than the nettles.
The wild garlic leaves darken in colour and impart a gentle garlicky flavour.
How to best store it: Wrap in wax paper, store below 8 degrees, serve at room temperature. Wild Garlic Yarg is suitable for vegetarians.
