Organic Apple "Clocharde" - 550g - Imperfect but perfect for cooking!

Under their rustic skin, the Clocharde apples offer a tender and juicy flesh. 

Perfect to eat as is, to use in cooking or in salads as well, it is sweet and tart with a very special flavour of its own.

This is an ancient cultivar, not to be missed!

Their skin is a little soft and very thin, they look dirty but they are delicious.

We would recommend it in a tarte tatin as its taste, sweet with a pinch of acidity would be perfect in this dessert, try it!
