The Xavier David Camembert de Normandie AOP is raw milk and hand-ladled cheese. Traditions are preserved and that is what makes this such a special Camembert.
The cheese has been ripened carefully for 3 weeks and the rind will develop a whitish yellow hue. The cheese is creamy and runny. The flavours are frank on the palate.
