This Camembert takes advantage of the rich pastures of this fabulous "piece" of Normandy! Manually ladled manufacturing ... as it should be! Two large families have created their workshops there for 200 years, which produce a Camembert with a less pronounced taste, perhaps the finest.
Cambremer cider is the naturally recommended drink as an accompaniment.
