This particular Colombian is a fruity little number. It starts off with apples and sweet berries and then finishes off with stone fruits like nectarine and white plum. It has a smooth mouthfeel and medium body, deviating slightly from your traditional Colombians which tend to have a heavier sweetness, and chocolate notes, this coffee is a great representation of the diversity of flavor that comes from this powerhouse of specialty Arabica.
