The oil is produced with olives of the Casaliva variety, harvested slightly ahead of maturity, so as to obtain oils with a higher content of polyphenols, natural antioxidants.
In the appropriate doses it enhances the taste of food. Try it with the Trentino "carne salada" or on beef cuts and carpaccio. Excellent on cured meats and mature cheeses, ideal on bruschettas.
