In verrines, in salad or as an accompaniment, gray shrimp is an asset for easy, quick and original recipes. It is also very popular as an aperitif. To peel it, nothing could be simpler: grab the head and start by removing the tail, then remove the shell from the body and finally press sideways on the head to remove the body. You can then add them to a dish of dough, sautÊ them in the pan with spices or mix them into a salad.
