
Product Description:
The Tomahawk is the same product as the Cote de Boeuf but the bone is longer which makes it more of a show piece at your dinner.
This is a really flavoursome cut as it comes from a well-used muscle and has plenty of delicious fat marbling through it.
Cooking Tips:
To get most flavours we recommend limited seasoning, just roll it in some nice rock salt and put it on a nice hot grill.
