
As its name suggests, the Angelys pear was born in Angers. The third syllable "lys" recalls the emblem of the kings of France. This pear comes straight from our terroir of the Loire Valley. It is very well suited to it.
With its pretty round silhouette dressed in coppery skin, its intensely perfumed aromas, its melting and juicy flesh. Angélys reveals the fullness of its flavors by refining itself at room temperature, especially since its qualities allow it to keep without bletting for a fortnight, at room temperature.
