A unique "bomb" shaped artisan cheese. Aged for 2 years, offering a full creamy taste and crumbly texture. A popular dinner party cheese. This is the larger size. There is also a smaller, 230g.
A handmade tasty Lancashire cheese from Andrew Shorrock. Made using pasteurised milk from his own herd of Holstein Friesian cows and vegetarian rennet. The cheese is matured for 24 months creating a very creamy and full flavoured taste and texture. The cheese is perfect for sharing; simply slice the top off with a knife and spoon out the cheese.
