A handmade tasty Lancashire cheese from Andrew Shorrock. Made using pasteurised milk from his own herd of Holstein Friesian cows and vegetarian rennet. The cheese is matured for 24 months creating a very creamy and full flavoured taste and texture. The cheese is perfect for sharing; simply slice the top off with a knife and spoon out the cheese.

The Shorrock family have been making Lancashire Cheese for generations and son Andrew is the original creator of the Lancashire Bomb. Having originally made the first bomb as a leaving gift over 25 years ago for a friend emigrating to America. This was the start of this amazing product.
