Advice on use:
Clarified truffle butter is a valid substitute of truffle olive oil and classic truffle butter. it’s ideal for golden and crunchy fried foods or for blending risotto. thanks to the removal of water and casein, it’s suitable for every high-temperature cookings (up to 200°c).
