Our black tiger shrimps tails are excellent hors d’oeuvres in shrimp cocktails or grilled.
They’re good with pasta or in casseroles, since they can withstand tossing with other ingredients.
Their thick shells hold heat, so black tigers cook more quickly than the other shrimps. Watch them closely; they toughen if overcooked. For maximum quality do not wait more than 3 to 4 days before consumption if properly refrigerated.
Shrimp heads are fantastic to create a bisque or a sauce, we don't recommend to throwing them away.
