It is now very common to find farmed Sea Bass in the market. However, our Wild Sea bass (Bar de Ligne), is fished of the shores of France and is caught using traditional method. Wild Sea Bass or « bar de ligne », is the most searched for fish by gastronomes. With a more pronounced flavor and better texture, wild sea bass is considered by many chefs the most noble fish.

The bigger the size the better it is.
Price is as a per whole fish weight of ±700g.
