Delivery

At Les Gastronomes, delivery is an extension of our care, craftsmanship and commitment to quality. Every order is handled with attention to product integrity from our warehouse to your door.

Delivery Fee

Complimentary delivery is available on orders of AED 250 or more. For orders below AED 250, a flat delivery fee of AED 30 applies.

What the Delivery Fee Includes

  • Cold-chain handling for temperature-sensitive products.
  • Careful coordination and personal handling by our team.
  • Packaging and logistics designed to preserve the quality of delicate and perishable products.

Delivery Date & Time

Select your preferred delivery date and time at checkout. If no selection is made, we will schedule your order for the earliest available slot.

Orders containing items with different availability dates may be split into more than one delivery. Where an additional delivery is requested or required outside the original eligible delivery, additional delivery charges may apply.

General Order Cut-Off

3 PM (Dubai Time) is our general order cut-off. Selected products may have their own ordering or delivery windows. When a product page displays a product-specific cut-off or delivery schedule, the timing shown on that product page takes precedence.

Next-Day Delivery

Next-day delivery is available for eligible in-stock items, excluding pre-order products and products with a specific fulfilment schedule. Orders placed after the applicable cut-off move to the next available delivery date.

Pre-Order Items

Select products, including certain seafood, fruit and vegetables, are offered on a pre-order basis to secure freshness and availability. The applicable order cut-off and estimated delivery are shown on the relevant product page. Where a product-specific schedule is displayed, that schedule takes precedence over the general 3 PM rule.

Delivery Partners

We work with trusted logistics partners to extend our reach across the UAE while maintaining careful coordination for every order. Driver contact and exact arrival timing may occasionally vary depending on route conditions.

Packaging & Cold Chain

Temperature-sensitive products are packed and transported to preserve the required cold chain. We continue to review packaging solutions that balance product protection, reliability and environmental impact.

Failed Delivery Policy

If a delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, the address is inaccessible or delivery instructions are incomplete, redelivery or return charges may apply. Typical charges range from AED 35 to AED 100 depending on the location and circumstances. Fees may be waived where the issue was caused by an error on our part.

Important Notice

In accordance with applicable regulations, Les Gastronomes does not trade with OFAC-sanctioned countries. Multiple shipments may result in separate charges on your card statement.
