Delivery Fee

We offer UAE-wide delivery at a flat rate of AED 30.
Prefer a little something extra? You may also redeem your reward points for free delivery β€” a small gesture of gratitude for your continued trust in us.

What the Delivery Fee Includes

Our delivery service reflects the standards we hold ourselves to:

  • A dedicated fleet equipped for cold chain handling, ensuring strict temperature control throughout your order’s journey

  • Careful coordination and personal handling by our team, who manage each delivery with a concierge-like approach

  • A commitment to preserve quality, especially for delicate, perishable items β€” from seafood to artisan desserts

This is not standard courier service β€” it’s thoughtful logistics, designed to uphold the integrity of every ingredient we deliver.

Delivery Date & Time

Kindly select your preferred delivery date and time at checkout.
If no selection is made, we will schedule your delivery for the earliest available slot.

To ensure a smooth experience, please note:

  • Orders containing items with varying availability may be split into multiple deliveries

  • If splitting is required, and the order total falls below our threshold, additional delivery charges may apply

Next-Day Delivery (UAE-Wide)

Our next-day service is available for all in-stock items, excluding pre-orders.

  • Orders must be placed by 3PM (Dubai Time)

  • Orders received after 3PM will be scheduled for the following day

Pre-Order Items

Select products β€” such as seafood, fruits, and vegetables β€” are offered on a pre-order basis to guarantee peak freshness.
Our current pre-order schedule is:

  • Order by Sunday (3PM) β†’ Delivery on Thursday

  • Order by Wednesday (3PM) β†’ Delivery on Sunday

Delivery Partners

We work hand-in-hand with trusted third-party logistics providers to extend our reach across the UAE. While we maintain consistent communication, please note that delivery timing and additional contact from drivers may occasionally vary beyond our control.
As always, we advocate for minimal disruption and maximum professionalism.

Packaging & Cold Chain

To preserve freshness, we currently use styrofoam boxes β€” the most reliable and economical solution for temperature-sensitive products at this time.
We share your environmental concerns and are actively exploring sustainable alternatives. In the meantime, we deeply appreciate your help in returning the box to our driver upon delivery, when possible.

Failed Delivery Policy

Sometimes things don’t go as planned. Should a delivery attempt be unsuccessful, the following charges may apply:

Scenario Fee
Redelivery (second attempt) AED 35–100, depending on location
Return to sender AED 35
Rescheduling after a failed attempt AED 35–100, depending on location

We may waive these fees if the issue was caused by an error on our part. Your experience remains our top priority.

Important Notice

In accordance with UAE law, Les Gastronomes does not trade with any OFAC-sanctioned countries.
Multiple shipments may result in separate charges on your card statement.
