Ordering & Delivery

How does ordering from Les Gastronomes work?
Orders placed online are reviewed by our concierge team. If anything requires clarification, we’ll contact you. Once confirmed, your gourmet order is carefully prepared and delivered via cold chain logistics.

Orders placed before 3 PM qualify for next-day delivery in Dubai. For other Emirates including Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Ras Al Khaimah, please allow one additional day.
Where do you deliver in the UAE?
We deliver across all seven Emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain. Main city deliveries are covered daily; for remote areas, our team will confirm availability before dispatch.
What is included in your gourmet delivery service?

How do you ensure product freshness?
We use hospitality-grade cold chain handling for all perishables, with strict temperature control and hygiene protocols. Pre-ordering is recommended to ensure first access to the freshest selections.
Are all your meats Halal certified?
Yes. All our meat is Halal-certified and fully compliant with UAE regulations. For transparency, we also offer a clearly labeled non-Halal section.
How is my order packaged?
We use recyclable, food-grade packaging with thermal insulation to ensure freshness. Styrofoam containers are used when necessary and can be returned for reuse. We strive to minimize plastic by using paper-based alternatives.

Returns & Packaging

What is your return and refund policy?
We request that any issues be reported immediately upon delivery. Due to the nature of our products, returns cannot be accepted once items are received. In the event of an error, we’ll arrange a return or refund at no cost. Refunds are processed via the original method or as a gift card.
