How do I order?

You select your products on our website.

Once finished you proceed to check-out, where you can review and adjust your order.

Select a delivery date and time. Kindly note that items which are on pre-order will be deliverd on their next scheduled arrival.

You can leave us your comments or personalization requirements.

Agree to terms and conditions which you can review. and proceed to check-out.

We recommend that you create an account or sign-in with your account prior to proceeding.

Complete your shipping details, then proceed to payment.

Here you can enter your Giftcard or your Discount code if you have one.

Proceed to payment: either COD or Online Payment.

You will receive a confirmation email with your order.

How does it work?

You place your order online and it will be received by our customer relationship department.

The customer relationship will contact you if there is any concerns with your order..

Your order will be delivered to your delivery address, on the requested date and time, by our own fleet of vans or using a 3rd party delivery company.

All orders placed before 3pm will be delivered the next day (Day+1) across all UAE except for Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaymah, Ajman & Umm Al Quwain, which will be delivered on Day +2.
Orders placed after 3pm will be delivered the day after (Day+2).

We are very careful it terms of product quality: We always demand the Freshest Produce, the Finest Quality, while we deliver a Great Taste.

We ensure this trough proper cold chain monitoring. We have gone through a cold chain control training with one of the most renowned French Companies offering cold chain solution to the Medical Industry and we are now implementing these best practice in the UAE.

Lesgastronomes.ae, ensure that products are packed with necessary hygiene standards, temperature controls is mandatory with no breaking of the cold chain.

Refunds and Returns

We strongly advise to ensure products are delivered in good condition and temperature.

Returns and exchange of products are accepted as long as these are flagged at time of delivery. To our driver or directly to our customer relationship team: click here to whatsapp

Once products are accepted we will not be able to exchange/refund products as these could be mishandled and/or damaged during handling.

Products will need to be immediately stored in the right condition: Fresh products to be stored in the fridge (0 to 5 degrees) and frozen products to be stored in the freezer (-18 to -26 degrees).

In case of wrong delivery, of course, we will accept returns at no extra charge.

In case the case of a return or exchange of products, it is very important to immediately take pictures of the product, share these with our customer relationship team: click here to whatsapp or on 056127868.

Refunds, these will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment, or a gift card can be issued for a later purchase.

How do you pack products?

To provide our customers with fresh products and to preserve the quality of food products, we pack them in recyclable food standard quality boxes and are using recyclable food graded paper bags to pack perishable products such as fruits and vegetable.
We also would like to keep in mind the sustainability factor and avoid as much as possible over packing and using paper instead of plastic whenever possible.

In order to guarantee the coldchain. We do use Styrofoam boxes in order to avoid any thermal shock for your products. As they are not bio-degradable, we recommend that you return us these boxes.
