Bargalló; has been producing exceptional olive oils in Catalonia since 1850. The Marasca Arbequina is made exclusively from Arbequina olives — a small, intensely flavoured variety native to Catalonia — personally selected from the best groves in the Lleida region and harvested between October and January at optimum ripeness.
The oil is cold-pressed to preserve its natural character: ripe and fruity on the nose, with a delicately sweet palate, low bitterness, and great aromatic intensity. 100% natural, with no preservatives or additives of any kind.
Use as a finishing oil on grilled fish, drizzled over burrata or fresh tomatoes, whisked into vinaigrettes, or simply with good bread. A daily-use premium oil that rewards every application.
