These are not ordinary tinned squid. Each baby squid is individually selected during the fishing campaign for its size and quality, then hand-stuffed with its own tentacles — a labour-intensive process that gives every piece its distinctive, satisfying bite.

Preserved in extra virgin olive oil, they carry a clean, oceanic flavour with a beautifully soft texture. Serve straight from the tin over warm rice, alongside roasted potatoes, or as part of a sophisticated pintxos spread. Equally excellent as a pasta ingredient or added to a seafood rice dish at the last moment.
