A refreshingly fruity Cru de Terroir made from the legendary Gran Blanco white cacao beans. Grown in the Alto Piura Valley, this rare variety is prized for its fine acidity and subtle complexity. Produced in harmony with nature by a cooperative of small organic farmers.
