Discover the creamy centre of Puglia with Deliziosa Burratina, handmade in southern Italy using cow’s milk sourced from the region.
Burratina is a smaller, individually portioned version of traditional burrata. Its delicate outer shell is made from stretched mozzarella, while the centre is filled with stracciatella—a luxurious combination of soft mozzarella strands and fresh cream.
Mild, fresh and exceptionally creamy, it is best served towards room temperature with ripe tomatoes, basil and extra-virgin olive oil. It can also be placed over warm pizza after baking, paired with grilled vegetables or seasonal fruit, or served simply with crusty bread.
