Hōjicha Powder

Authentic Roasted Japanese Green Tea, sourced from Uji, Kyoto. Comforting roasted aroma, natural sweetness and an exceptionally smooth finish. Naturally low in caffeine. 30g pouch, approx. 15 cups.

Warm chestnut hue from a patient roast; aromas of roasted hazelnut, toasted almond, soft caramel and dark cocoa. Velvety and smooth with a chocolatey, earthy depth and a clean finish that never turns bitter. Stone-ground to a fine powder; excellent as a warm brew, a hojicha latte, or in baking.

Brewing (warm): heat 200ml water to 80–85°C; whisk 1 tsp (2g) powder with a little water until smooth, add the rest and whisk briskly.
