2. Cut the top off the garlic bulbs, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
3. Wrap in foil and roast for 40 minutes or until tender.
4. Once roasted, squeeze the garlic from the skins and spread on bread or mix into sauces for a rich, flavorful addition.
