Bergeron Apricots - 900g–1kg

Bergeron apricots are a late-season French variety appreciated for their firm texture, deep orange flesh and balanced sweet-tart flavour. Their structure makes them excellent for eating fresh and particularly suitable for baking, tarts, preserves and homemade jam.

Allow the apricots to ripen at room temperature. Once ripe, refrigerate them to help maintain their quality.
