Our black truffle flavour olive oil is made by infusing real pieces black truffle “Tuber Melanosporum” and truffle aroma into our extra virgin olive oil. The combination of these two raw ingredients creates a subtly flavoured olive oil. Its fine, delicate flavour remains faithful to the taste of fresh black truffle.
Advise on use:
This oil goes well with asparagus risotto, southwestern salad, fresh tagliatelle or pappardelle, mashed potatoes or scrambled egg. It’s also great in sauces for white meats, parsnip velouté or split pea soup. It’s a great finishing touch on oven baked chicken, too!
