This Raclette cheese from Savoy, has a thin, brownish-orange colored rind, and a yellow-ivory creamy texture. It has a strong and very aromatic taste with a milky, fruity aroma and a sweet taste. It's made with thermized cows milk, which means it's not heated up as much as pasteurized. The full wheel is about 13.5 lb.  

This French Raclette cheese is creamier and also stronger as the Swiss Emmi Raclette.
